Rescheduling & Late Policy:
A missed appointment is a loss to us both.
A 48-hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel, in order to avoid a 50% charge. A 24-hour notice is required to avoid a full service charge. Same day cancellations or no-shows will result in a full service charge. In order for me to keep to my scheduling commitment to each client, it may be necessary to shorten your appointment or reschedule if you are running late, and will result in a full service charge.
My Commitment To You:
I will commit to you that if I need to reschedule your appointment for any reason, without 48-hours notice, more than once a year, you will receive your rescheduled service for free.
Things to be aware of
I want to do everything in my power to make sure that your experience with Skin to Adohr
is wonderful and as easy as possible. So that I can best serve all of my clients, please be advised of these policies.
- A dermatologist appointment will often result in some sort of procedure, such as taking a sample or burning/freezing something off. It will take about 10 days for that to heal. It is best that if you have a dermatology appointment scheduled, that you do not also have a facial appointment that same day or for 2 weeks afterward. Please reschedule your facial appointment as soon as you see this conflict.
- A cold sore will take approximately 2 weeks to fully heal. It is not safe to perform a facial or waxing treatment when you have an active cold sore. Please reschedule your appointment as soon as you see/feel a flare-up.
- For the well-being of all who enter my treatment room, please reschedule if you are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms, or if another person in your household has an infectious or contagious illness. There is no penalty for cancelling due to illness.
- Injectables: GracePointe recommends a period of a week in between any advanced facial treatment and any Botox or Filler. Please advise me if you have intentions of an injectable appointment so that we can discuss and schedule accordingly.
